Certain screen sizes makes "Universal" link wrap in header, causing tabs to be hidden

At certain larger screen sizes, the "Universal" link in the third subheader wraps. This causes the Home/Forum/Members tabs to be partial hidden.

It happens when the screen width hits 975px, for example.

Well, my work PC looks fine at 975 pixels, so I assume that got fixed, but looks like this between 768 and 850 px width:
