Central Florida-Highland Homes?

My family is relocating to central Florida. We went to a model of a Highland Home in Lakeland and absolutely love the layout. It only is missing two things we want.

Has anyone built with Highland? Are you happy with the house?

I don't live in a Highland home but they are building a few subdivisons in Clermont that look nice!
