Cell phones in WDW

We have Verizon service...all 5 of us. Anyone used Verizon Wireless in Disney? How did it work?

I have Verizon and never had any problems expcept in some of the buildings in the parks. I have trouble in malls also but if you are outside no problems at all. I was also able to use it my last two trips in my hotel.

I have Verizon and haven't had any problems. My friend is in Epcot right now (and I'm on the west coast) and he just called me. He has Verizon and I could hear him perfectly.

Our Verizon works great down there. It doesn't work inside some of the buildings, but then again that can happen when you are anywhere.

worked great on every trip i've ever took even worked great in WOD when 3 adults used their phones to find on another.

I used my Verizon cell phone successfully when my T-Mobile blackberry died at WDW...

hi all,
dw uses verizon and i have nextel both phones worked fine in wdw and at the resorts.i had some issues with my nextel at blizzard beach and disney quest,but dw's worked fine at bb and dQ.

Sad to say Verizon works great. My husband's office manages to get a hold of him each visit to WDW at least 3 or 4 times with stupid questions they could probably answer themselves if only Verizon didn't work so well! Maybe I'll switch him to T Mobile or Nextel since those don't seem to work as well!
