Cell phone question

I had a Nokia and it had a little accident. Instead of reading here, I got it replaced. Ok, they replaced it with a Motorola and I'm not happy. It takes forever to send pictures if they go through at all and I can't get any of my test messages.
I'm calling them again to see what I can do, but I was wondering if anyone else had the same problems and what kinds of phone do you have and like.

I hate motorola phones. The chargers never seem to work right. Nokia are definately the best phones I have had.
