I've actually been pretty happy with Verizon Chrissi. I have had four different phones since I started with them. The first was the cheapie they sold - it was an audiovox. I changed service areas because I moved, so when I redid my plan I got a new phone. The second was a similar cheapie phone. I pulled my keys out of my pocket one day and the phone flew across the jobsite and shattered LOL. My last phone was a Motorola - I liked it too, but it doesn't work well when you drop it from the second floor into a fresh patch of concrete. Hence my new Samsung flip phone, which I adore.
We are allowed to choose our own service at work and we just turn in our bills on our expenses. I know that people who have to use Sprint hate it. The ones that have Cingular seem to be happy too. There are two of us with Verizon and we both like it.
You can always change/upgrade your plan. I actually downgraded my plan on the recommendation of the salesperson the other day because I don't use near the minutes I was getting. She saved me $50/month
