Cell phone accessories

I just bought a new iPhone. Where have you bought the accessories? I need a case, car charger, another wall charger and screen protector I'd like a life proof or otter box case

I think I might have just ripped off by this online company for life proof case. I ordered on Saturday till not shipped. I knew it was too good of a deal. I'll try and contact them by their contact us link but I'm assuming that it's no luck. On a whim I looked them up on BBB because on the website it says A+ rating and Angie's list. Well guess what not rated at all on BBB in New York and MULTIPLE complaints. Lessened learned out $100. I can't even cancel the order I'll get slammed with a $250 fee plus court costs and creditors.
 
What do you mean, a $250 fee? If you can't cancel the order, file a claim w your credit card company.

As for cases, I use groupon or living social.
 
I usually get stuff for my iPhone on Amazon or eBay. The case I have right now (really cute paint splatter hard snap-on case) was only $5 and I got it in a week. As far as chargers go, for your car, you can just get the USB AC adapter, they have them at Walgreens for like $5 and use the cable that came with the phone. I think Walgreens also has the cables (in fun colors!) and wall adapters for a similar price.

Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted. For any breach of the terms for exchanges and returns, you agree to be liable for $250 plus any related fees and/or damages. We reserve the right to collect this fee by the use of a collections agency or other recovery method.

I have never filed a claim with my credit card. What type of info will they need?

What website did you order from??

If you placed your order on Saturday, it's been 5 business days which is still considered a normal amount of time so I wouldn't be upset yet. If you decide to dispute the charge on your credit card, just call your credit card customer service number and say so. It's possible the item has shipped but it hasn't updated yet...when I order online from Target it never updates properly.

I always order cases from reputable websites because there are a lot of knock offs out there.
 
I buy all cell phone accessories on Amazon. I have bought chargers that Verizon sells for $20 and up for $5 on Amazon and hard cases for less than $10.

BTW, BBB doesn't really mean anything anymore.
