Celebrity sightings at WDW Resorts...

Saw Andy Dick while waiting to ride the Dino ride in AK. He was escorted by two extremely beautiful women as they quickly by-passed the line. Probably in 2002?

We met Wayne Newton at Pleasure Island back in 2000. He was walking around with two huge security guards who were actually pushing people away so wayne could walk in a straight line.

DH and I just got back from our Christmas trip and we had two celebrity sightings! We met David Krumholtz and his wife/girlfriend (he plays Charlie on the CBS series "Numbers") this past Christmas Eve while dining at Jiko at AKL. They sat right behind us - he was extremely nice and friendly and we had a nice chat. We also met Gene Stallings, former head football coach for Alabama and St. Louis Cardinals. His room was five doors down from ours! He was there with his family celebrating he and his wife's 50th wedding anniversary. A big thrill for DH who is a HUGE Bama fan!

Ok, I knew I wasn't crazy!!!! I just posted on the Theme Parks famous people thread that I was in a monorail car with David Krumholtz on 12/22!!! I left him alone, it was about 1 am, and he didn't seem to want to be bothered, but I feel so much better now, that someone else saw him! He was looking away a lot, and it took me a minute to place the face, and then I looked back over and it hit me who he was. I saw the look on his face, like o man, she recognizes me, here it comes..... At that moment, I just felt sorry for the guy. He so obviously wanted to be left alone. Who wants to deal with fans at like 1 am? I was coming back to the CR from Epcot and they got on at the TTC and got off at the GF. He relaxed when I just smiled and leaned back in my seat. Just as they were getting off, he looked over his shoulder to me and tipped his hat. I took that as a "Thank you". They looked so happy I just couldn't bother them.

This month there was a celebrity Fairy Tale Weddings vow renewal at Walt Disney World (click here). The vow renewal couple, Ms. Charytín Goyco and Mr. Elin Ortiz, stayed in the BoardWalk Inn’s Steeplechase Suite.
