Child stars from Chronicles of Narnia

This probably won't matter to anyone outside of New England, but on the last day of our Feb vacation we met Bob Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots. DH is a HUGE Pats fan and has had season tickets for the last 15 years. We had just finished eating at the Plaza restaurant and noticed that Cinderellabration was going on. So, we stood on the small bridge on Main St and held up the kids so they could see the Castle. I happened to notice a guy walking by who kept staring at DH's hat. The hat was bright red with the old Pats logo, not too many people have those. I took a second look at the guy and elbowed DH. "Is that Bob Kraft?" I ask. Dh couldn't believe it, but I said let's go see. We walked up to the next corner, and there he was talking and taking pictures with another fan. Bob Kraft turned around and noticed Dh's hat and my sweatshirt, laughed and said "the whole family's decked out!" He came over, shook our hands, including DS7 and DD3. He took a few minutes to talk to us, asking where we were from, and what section DH's tickets were in. Then he reaches into his pocket, and says, "I've got something here to show the real fans." Doesn't he pull out the Superbowl ring (from their 3rd win) and drop it into DH's hand!! Very cool. We held it (well, I let DS touch it not hold it. I had visions of "Ooops, Mr. Kraft, sorry we seem to have dropped the ring into the storm drain.") and chatted with him for a few more minutes. Then I noticed two of his grandkids waiting patiently with the Disney guide, so I wrapped up the conversation. Would you believe we never even thought to take out the camera and get a picture??

DH and I saw Aaron Carter at MGM and there was a gaggle of giggling tweens folllowing (borderline chasing) him. It was really funny. That is our 1 and only celeb sighting at wdw.

My sister and I saw him there too! We were waiting for our fast pass time to almost start for Rock'nRollercoaster and he was standing over by the guitar with a group of people and then his bodyguards. Girls kept running up and getting pictures with him. Everyone around me could not figure out who he was, and neither could I until I stared at him for a few seconds. Then a CM came out and got him and took him to a door and he got to ride a couple times in a row. There was a group in front of us that saw the whole thing and asked another CM when it was finally going to be our turn and she replied "We are having technical difficulties with the ride and it should be back up shortly." Oh boy did that make them mad! HA!

The guy who plays Jim Belushi's brother in law on According to Jim is a celebrity?

In December 2004.....we saw Wynonna Judd and her husband at La Nouba. They arrived a few minutes before the show and you couldn't miss her hair....the lady seated next to us looked at me and said "Is that who I think it is....I said if you think it's Wynonna, you'd be right!". My Mom was so funny...she kept commenting that we had better seats than she did. We were at the Magic Kingdom the next day and found out she was there to tape a song for the parade...so we actually saw her twice, along with John Stamos and Mariah Carey.

My celeb sighting was at the Orlando Airport... we were waiting for our return flight when Carrot-top came down the terminal pushing a girl in a wheelchair to our gate. Turns out his flight was at a nearby gate and he saw the girl trying to push herself, so he helped her out. Nice guy.... and on a side note WAY buffer than you might think.

Was it around February 2001?

Wow! That is so cool! He seems like a nice guy. We were just there a couple weeks ago and while at the quiet pool at the Yacht Club, my DH says, isn't that Mike Lynch? (local Boston sportscaster). At first, I didn't think it was, but then we realized it was him. We both said hi to him when we left the pool and he just said hi and walked away. DH asked about the Red Sox (they were in the midst of a losing streak) and he just shrugged. Jeez, we were probably the only people there that recognized him. You think he could have at least been a little friendlier. I think I'll start watching Channel 7 from now on. :sad2:

Its fun reading about everybody elses celebrity encounters. I've never seen any celebrities at WDW but it would be so cool to see somebody like that! I'm too busy just having fun to really notice! My best people watching times are when my family is on a roller coaster and I'm waiting. Maybe this December . . . .!!

I saw Nell Carter at MGM in 1989, and in 1993 my daughter, grandchildren and I were waiting for our car to be called at Sci-Fi when Harry Anderson and his group came in. Of course, they didn't have to wait to be parked! :)

Previously we've seen Chris Evert, Rick Barry and Priest Holmes at WDW.

Man, I need to get out more or read the news or something. I have no idea who those people are, or the new one you mentioned today. :guilty:

New Years Day night a few years back our little family(hubby, daughter, son and I) were having another fabulous dinner at the Calif. Grill and Pat Sajak and his family were there. We have seen him around our home town a few times since he lives not to far away. He's a great guy and very generous. He and his wife gave a ton of money to our hospital. :thumbsup2

We saw Sinbad at AK a few years back. I thought it was a pretty cool thing considering I had never seen a celeb at WDW...

About 6 years ago I saw Vanessa Williams and her kids at the Moroccan Pavilion at Epcot. I was sitting with a CM friend who was working the kidcot station that day. Her son and daughter came over to do whatever the activity was. I kept talking to my friend. I see plenty of famous people in NY so I do not bother them most of the time.

1st week of Dec. two years ago we were on Magic Carpets Of Aladdin with Kelly Rippa, her husband Mark, and their children.

The same week, we just missed Jim Caviezel leaving the BC. If we had just been about 30 seconds earlier we would have met him face to face..darn!!

My family met Vincent D'Onofrio from Law and Order Criminal Intent last December at MVMCP. He was there with his son. Very nice guy.

Ok it wasn't at WDW, but at the amusement park that I worked summers at through college, I rode my ride with Wierd Al. The rule was 4-5 per car and they only had 3, so since I had just gotten back from break, I hopped right in!

I saw my dentist, "Dr. Tom", on Tom Sawyer's Island in 2004, does that count? :rotfl: :confused3

Man my DH LOVES him!! THat is cool

My only celeb sighting at Disney is

MICHEAL JACKSON!! Back in the day he was buddy with Disney! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
