Celebrations or room decorations at the Swan/Dolphin?

Hi. I have two friends who will be staying at the Swan/Dolphin—-not sure which property—-during their birthdays. They will have two separate rooms. I would like to send flowers or have their rooms decorated festively. I know that the other on-site properties do that, but does anyone know if I can pay to have some sort of birthday magic in their rooms? Thanks!

As far as I know the Disney florist delivers there. That's who does it all over, not the resorts.
