I can recommend Cafe D'Antonio (for Italian) and the Celebration Town Tavern for more "ordinary" fare. The Tavern also has 99 beers on their beer list.

How about Dinner and a Movie?

There is a Two Screen, Stadium Seating, AMC Theater in Celebration. They usually offer a Twilight matinée at a reduced price, and a evening offering.
We almost always go here rather than AMC Pleasure Island, and we usually dine at The Market Street Café (formally Max's) where you get a plate full of food for about $10-$12. We never leave there hungry!

Celebration was lovely for a nice relaxed evening dinner and a walk around the lake. I think there was a really good ice cream shop too!!
