Where is the resort located? Are you owners?
TIA!!
:sunny:

it isn't far from WDW - a couple of miles further away than Westgate.

I have to get my pictures online - then I will post them.

I loved it too!!!

Hey yall.

I know this is going to sound really stupid. But we own at celebration world resort. LOL But---we're staying at the Marriott this trip.

I'd love to know how you liked your room. YOu rpictures don'd show up anymore so I'd love to see what actual rooms look like versus the ones they show...

For some reason I couldn't open your picture links, but I do have a few questions.

We are staying at Celebration World for one week starting March 14th, then at Orange Lake for the next week.

On the web site for celebration it says there are regular activities, is this so?
I know Orange Lake offers a variety of activities.

My DH and DS wonder if they need to bring their own basketballs?! My DD wonders if they have hair wraps at Celebration.

Did you use the kitchen, if so where was the closest grocery store?

Was the pool warm?

Any other tips would be welcomed. Glad to hear you had a good time. Thanks for the info.

When my daughter & I stayed in 2003, my daughter got a hair wrap, back then it was only $1, she got to pick several colours of string & a couple beads. an 'activities director' did it for her in the lobby of the main clubhouse/check in area. She did just as good of a job as the disney hair wrap people do for way less of a price. while she was getting her hair wrapped, I was able to check email & stuff free of charge on the computers they have for resort guests.

there is a small basketball hoop where you can play pool basketball, if that is what they are referring to, I would say yes, bring their own ball.

The closest grocery store would be a Publix on 192 west. Take a right out of the resort, when you get back to Hwy 192, take a left & Publix will be a few miles down. There is also a Publix to the right on 192 closer to Old Town.
