Does anyone know if the vanilla cupcakes that they occasionally offer for birthdays or other celebrations are nut free?

Thank you!

Very few baked products at WDW are considered to be allergy nut free safe. They may not contain nuts, but most have a trace or same factory or line warning. I have heard that the ones at BOG are nut free safe, but we have not been there yet, and have no conformation of that.

There is a bakery in DTD called Baby Cakes that does allergy friendly baked products. There was some question about them being completely 100% safe, but we are good with their policy.

The free celebration cupcakes with sprinkles offered in many locations have not been nut-safe in the past. We have been given other options on occasion like an ice cream with candle or special message written on plate in choc syrup. If you are given one double check because sometimes the servers forget about the allergies and they don't seem to go through the normal chef/kitchen process just something the servers grab and hand out.
