I was way too tired last night to post again, but this is the list so far! I have to babysit CJ tonight, but I'm hoping to make some more CM thank yous as a project for him and I.

So, all I really have left is to finalize/recheck the itinerary, actually pack my suitcase and set the alarm!

I can compare old & new books on the plans if need be.

Since it's taking me a million years to get my itin done, here it is in shortened form:

I *might* add on a 6th day to my room card, so I can use the D23 ticket to "hop" to another park.....we'll see....


Day 1, March 3:
-check-in, lunch at resort
-BFF might show up to join me for lunch
-Head to Animal Kingdom for EMH PM, might do Yak & Yeti CS if get hungry
-head to Boardwalk to meet up with BFF for Beaches & Cream dinner / Jellyrolls entertainment
TO-DO:
Ride Kali in the dark! (if can)

Day 2: Animal Kingdom
-Backstage Safari tour
(I shall be wearing my Safari outfit!)
-Tusker House lunch with reserved seating at Nemo
-AK closes at 5pm
-might head to DTD, have dinner, shop, etc, etc


Day 3: Magic Kingdom
-D23 Anniverary Party!
-Meet up with Dawnbu40 & PrincessCaitlin & DGM!!!

Day 4: Epcot
-Flower & Garden events
-Biergarten lunch
-WDWToday live show (radio)
-might take D23 ticket & "park hop" to DHS??

Day 5: Epcot
-Flower & Garden events
-LeCellier lunch
-might take D23 ticket & "park hop" to DHS??

I'm BACK!

The trip was definitely a successful one, though the D23 party was good, but I was underwhelmed. There was nothing particularly spectacular about it; I guess my expectations were too high? It was good, mind you, but I certainly expected more especially with the price tag.

There was planty of other magical experiences to share! I'm going to finish the December TR, then work on this one. So the updates will be fast & furious!

Hey Muse! It was a pleasure meeting you at the D23 party, eventhough we were all freezing! I agree, I had high expectations about the party and felt it was a huge rip-off! I know WDW had no control of the weather, but to have desserts/drink buffet outside when they could have brought them inside would have been a bonus. No VIPS and DL gets them all, another disappointment. I am not going to spend any more money on future D23 events and I am really sorry that I joined. Oh well, at least I got to meet alot of nice folks!

It would have been nice to use Village Haus and to have fab VIPs. At least Alice for crying out loud! No merchandise to speak of, but the gift pin was cute. For a solo like me, it would have been nice to have Photopass people there to have cool borders. At Magic & Merriment, the D23 people were all over you, for this, it was like they left you out there shaking in the wind (literally!). I'm glad I did it; I won't leave D23 for this one tihng, but I REALLY hoping any other D23 events will be MUCH better.

Did you see any photopass photographers by any of the topiaries in Epcot? I really was hoping they would be around for the festival, but I only saw one in China (he was great, but it wasn't in front of the dragon), and the typical spots in France. I was pretty disappointed with the amount of PP I saw this trip (and I still ended up with almost 160 PP pics )

I think I might be inspired by your TR to do one for this trip (first in about 6 trips) since I was really good at taking notes each night. Can't wait to read yours

Yes, the front topiary and by the dolphins. I didn't see the one in China and my friend had one taken in Norway and I never saw that one either. I did get a pic in France.

I don't think I got as many on this trip as I did in Dec 09, but they might be more plentiful for the holidays.

Oh, do a TR! I would love to hear about your adventures (again!). LOL! It's not the same as tweets.
