Celebrating Thanksgiving 06 @ Disney

We'll be at the Poly 11/18 - 11/25...haveing T-day dinner at HDDR!

01Sweetpea - what time did you get for HDDR? We have 9:30, but I have a plan! We'll go to TL for the day (it closes @ 5) come back to WL, shower & nap then be ready for HDDR. I convinced the kids that it's a good plan & they convinced DH.

We'll be at the "world" the 19th - 25th staying at All-Star Sports. I can't wait!! Every free minute I have, I'm thinking Disney!!! We're having Thanksgiving dinner in Canada!!!

We have the 7:15 show, which is now sold out. I made these ADRs in April, way before my 180 day mark.

DH & I decided that we didn't "need" turkey for T-day, especially since I cook a full turkey dinner once a month. After we told the kids we were going, I mentioned to them we weren't eating turkey for T-day...my 11yo son was NOT happy with me. So, I've book us a lunch at LTT on 11/21, and so far I've been forgiven.

However, if we EVER do a T-day trip again tp WDW, turkey WILL be on the menu for T-day!

We hoping to do TL as well...but on 11/20. Hoping the weather cooperates...the kids are really looking forward to this!

I get HDDR (hoop de doo review). You should like LTT (liberty tree tavern) our family did...it was kinda busy around Tday last year, (of course) but we had lots of fun.

Our family is going to chill out at the villa swim relax on Thanksgiving day...Im dreaming of sleeping in..haha. We are ordering catered food delivery....OR Might be using Boston Market...not sure. Has anyone ordered food for delivery? I dont want to cook!

We've never done a water park before, so this trip we are hoping! The kids REALLY want to go, but if not, we'll go to DQ for the day.
