Celebrating for DD 3rd Birthday

We are going to WDW 3 weeks before my daughter's 3rd birthday. Do you think it would be wrong to celebrate her birthday while we are there? This is our first time going and I didn't know if WDW would still help me celebrate it if it wasn't for another 3 weeks.

Guest Services. Cakes are available at a resonable cost. You can arrange to have your room decorated.
