Celebrating birthdays?

Need help quick! Family getting together in DL to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. Don't let the number fool you, she's a kid at heart! What special things can we do? Anything out of the normal? Any tips, tricks anyone knows of??

Also- do they still sell the special bricks or is that promotion long over?
