When can we see this? Does this project on the castle every night that Wishes is scheduled and is it before or after Wishes?

Fifteen minutes or so before Wishes, which is itself scheduled every night (except for its variants during parties)--and CtM shows before those also. The only nights without scheduled fireworks are the two annual Nights of Joy.

Yes. It was originally called The Magic The Memories And You, but it went away after a short time and was replaced by Celebrate the Magic.

If Wishes is scheduled before park closing, there is (normally) a second showing 35 minutes after the fireworks.

There are very likely exceptions, but this seems pretty common. The second showing will inevitably be less crowded, as the hub will not be packed with guests anticipating the fireworks.
