celebrate the magic /wishes questions

So the day we will be in the Mk we have ADRs for Library Tree Tavern at 6:15, celebrate the magic starts at 7:45, wishes at 8, and electrical parade at 9. So, where would be the best place for us to see everything, or at least a somewhat decent view?
