Excellent points here. I could see some hesitancy for quick approval based on this. But ultimately, if it’s a happy accident that leads to better results, so be it.

Let me ask you this... if the scientists who developed the vaccine came out and said "We tested it on ONE person, they didn't get Covid, and it's perfectly safe!", would that be enough for you? With a single test subject, would you be willing to line up to get the vaccine?

I think it took just a few months before the Swine Flu vaccine in 1976 was pulled, after they found it to cause Guillain-Barré syndrome. Millions of people had taken it and only a comparative handful suffered those affects, from what I understand. They still pulled it, however, the drug companies did not have the immunity they have now, thanks to the vaccine injury court formed in 1986 where it is incredibly difficult to prove you suffered any harmful side affects from a vaccine, let alone receive a payout.

Not enough to eliminate medical error. Any medical treatment carries risks. A person has to weigh the risks of the vaccine vs the risks of dying from the virus and determine what they can live with. It's informed consent.

Well, flu causes more cases of GB than vaccines do. Covid can also cause GB. Literally any virus can cause it.

There was a panic I guess due to the side effects. There were a lot of lawsuits filed. You wouldn't see this today. Vaccines are much safer and better tested.

My point is side effects can show themselves after 3 months, 4 months, a year, etc. of deployment of the vaccine. And there is always a risk so one needs to weigh for themselves the risk of taking the vaccine against the risk of catching the virus. It's a personal choice. One of the other posters said they feel pressured but ultimately it's an individual choice each person needs to feel comfortable with making.

The video I posted shows people who were not informed of the potential GB side effect, they probably did not know about it as it was a rushed vaccine.

Fair enough, although this isn't super different from any current vaccines we have. The mRNA technology is a delivery system, but it doesn't drastically change your body's immune response. It has been tested in animals for close to 10 years. There is nothing inherently "different" about the vaccine otherwise. If you have gotten a flu shot ever or any other viral inoculation, and not developed long term side effects, you will be fine with this vaccine too. It's not like we are going to find out 10 years from now that this vaccine causes people to grow a second head.

It's that "almost" that gets ya! You can still get/pass Covid19 in areas that don't mandate mask wearing, no different from any other area, so why would it be ok to not wear one in this circumstance?

Late September there was an article written about this in my country (Netherlands). They estimated that 25.000 people have health issues for several months. At that moment, about 120.000 people had tested positive. So about 20%.
Reported issues are diverse: tiredness, muscle or headaches, no energy, not being able to smell/taste, shortness of breath.
