But in her second post she makes reference to all the manual credits being posted from Saturday and that the rule for filing noncredit forms has always been 7 days. I am so confused!!! I take it from her post that my credits are missing so I should file a noncredit form but do I go by the first suggestion and file them now or do I wait and file them later this week (or for me because of vacation - early next week )

You can submit a non credit form after a few days if needed so you don't have to worry about it while on vacation. But Kira can't open a dispute with the merchant until it's been 7 days. So if it hasn't been seven days yet she will hold onto it until it has been.

Thanks! Do you remember how long they took to credit? I'm still sitting here waiting on all 4 of those!

I would say a few hours...I did them in the afternoon, and later by the evening, they were credited.

I really hope they come in soon. We are leaving for WDW on Thursday and I hate having to think about file noncredit forms when we get back

I got hit with 5 charges over the weekend and today. One I had cancelled.. 2 are issuing credits.. one I still have to calla nd the 5th I can figure out which offer it was. These ones that bill as reg.net are a pain

Yeah well I am STILL on hold an hour later...no one has answered...this really ticks me off. But what do you do? You have to get it right and refunded!! I just wish that I could get through. And of course I am in my office waiting and can't leave my desk because you KNOW then they will pick up...I am sure my boss is wondering what the heck I am doing!
