We are staying just one day/night at CBR but want to do anything we can to get a good feel of the resort as normally we are a family of five, but on this trip only four...

So what fun things are there to do? Of course, we will spend tons of time at the pool, sand, playground. WE have lunch plans at the counter service and dinner at the sit down restaurant (despite the horrible reviews).

Is there anything else? Campfire, movies, etc? Any thing that may cost not a ton of money that would be fun for the kids?

You can see the higher fireworks from Illuminations. My son and I enjoyed watching them from a hammock at the beach in Martinique one night. They also have a really nice play area on Caribbean Cay.
