CBR supply question

I was wondering if this resort has stuff like shampoo and toothpaste in their bathrooms or is that stuff you have to bring with you?

Shampoo yes, toothpaste no.

I recall a thread that dealt with the shampoo. Most guests did not like it....so you may want to bring your own.

The shampoo isn't the best. If you use something specifically because it's good with your hair, you should bring it. We bring everything except bath soap. I think they do actually have soap that's supposed to be face soap, but it's not enough like the kind we use.

What I found with the shampoo is that they say it's "conditioning shampoo" ~ but that does not mean it's shampoo and conditioner like Pert plus or something. I used it once or twice, then went and got a small bottle of spray-on, leave-in conditioner. So if your hair requires conditioning, DEFINITELY either bring your own shampoo and conditioner or at least conditioner! The soap was ok, though.
Have a great trip!! I loved CBR when we stayed there before! The parrots were in their cages and would talk to us ~ one actually had attitude if you didn't say anything. The funniest thing was one morning my dad was trying to get one of the parrots to talk so he kept saying "Hello! Hello!" Well, finally we heard a small weird voice say "Hello," and thought the bird finally answered. So my sister and I headed on around the path only to encounter 2 other kids coming the other way and we all busted out laughing! Our dads were talking to each other and both thinking it was the birds! The boards really didn't smell at the time...perhaps they were newer. But we loved that resort and would love to go back there at some point (of course this is said before I see another OP resort, so that could change.)!! :0)
