Hoping someone has some advice for this question. I booked two separate reservations through AAA at CBR. I booked Online, discount was good and when I called no one returned my call, I just kept leaving messages. One room is for DSister and the other room is for DD and I. The problem I am experiencing now is that no one at AAA can help me. I call travel at AAA and they think that since it is Internet booking the Internet Group can help me. Internet Group deals with internet issues, not travel. So I keep getting put in this circle.

I would like to make sure that both reservations are in the same building so we are not too far from each other. What should I do?

Thank you very much for any assistance.

Maybe someone will have a bettter sugestion, but I would email Disney guest relations and if that does not help, call the resort 5 days before your arrival dates and ask to speak with someone who can help.

Hopt it gets cleared up and works out perfectly! Unfortunately, AAA does not seem to be very good Disney bookings.

We also have two AAA Reservations (one for my family and one for sister's family).

We called WDW and they linked the two reservations together. While we were not assured of adjacent or connecting rooms they know we are traveling together and will assign rooms as such.

Since AAA "owns" the reservations until you check in you will need to contact them. Ask them to link the reservations or do a travel with on each one.
