CBR Pool Construction

I'm not sure if the pool construction has already begun at CBR, but I'm going to assume it has and ask: Does the pool construction interfere with the walkway between Jamaica and Old Port Royale? If it does interfere, where's the best room location for a std view during the pool construction?

No problems getting from Jamaica to OPR. You cross the lake ("Barefoot Bay") via a bridge, and there are no obstructions between the bridge and OPR. The pool is on the other side of OPR, towards Trinidad North.

As far as "view," each and every village has rooms of all types of views (lake, pool, courtyard, parking lot).

They were working at the end of the bridge in the first phase of construction but it never closed off the bridge to Jamaica.

Now there is screening and a new walkway once you are off the bridge. You can see the progress in photos in the CBR FAQ thread. Link is listed below. Photos are in the first several posts.

I KNOW! Me too! And I selfishly hope that it is completed earlier than expected so my DD and nephews can enjoy it during our early Sept. stay.
