Like someelse said above, the dirty room thing at Disney is a rare thing and really has nothing to do with the resort itself. That particular housekeeper had a bad day or something.
What really puzzles me about reading CBR reviews is when people complain about the buses. We stayed there for 10 days in Dec. 2008 and the bus service was fantastic, I really don't think it would have been possible for the bus service to cost effectively be any better than it was. We just had a 9 day stay at CSR Dec. 2010 and the bus service was good, but not as good as our stay at CBR. Because the CBR was the last place we stayed we would always watch their bus stop while waiting for our bus and it seemed like the CBR buses always came first, sometimes 2 CBR buses before the CSR bus came. I really can't understand how any reasonable person could complain about the bus service we had their. Maybe they run more buses at CBR certain times of the year? We always go at the same time, so maybe its the time of year?
Anyway that 2008 vacation was the best we've ever had, CBR was awesome. I would however recommend a preffered room if you don't have a car.
