CBR check in and transpertation

We will be staying at CBR this June and the last time we were there we drove so this wasn't a question. We will be using ME so when we check in ( a group of 11 just with us) will they be able to get us all to our rooms with carry on luggage? Will we have to catch the internal bus with carry on luggage? If they can take us will each of us have to wiat while other families are taken, question is how many of us can they help at one time.

I also guess same question for our departure day if they can help us with transportation to custom house , can we call and set a pick up time for us to be taken to custom house or do we just catch the internal bus?

When we checked in using ME we used the internal bus to get to our room.
Keep in mind that there were only two of us. There are vans available to take you to your rooms as well. Just ask.
As for checkout, we called the day before to arrange a van to take us to the customs house. They looked like they could hold about 10 people. You might need to call for two, because of all the carry on luggage.
