CBR- Are there King Preferred Rooms?

I did a quote online today and it asked preferred, king or waterview (or standard.)

We really want preferred but seeing as there are only two of us, a king preferred would be nice.

Does it exist? We know requests aren't guarantees.

Yes, there are King room in the preferred buildings. As you have noticed, you have to book preferred and request a king.
