OK. So. Bobtail, our cat. Spies a roast turkey cooling on the work surface. By the time we get back to the bird, Bobtail is IN THE BLESSED TURKEY...

I’m sure he thought you were cooking that turkey for him - since (as the old saying goes) dogs have masters, cats have staff!

Heh - yeah, cats'll do that! My mom's old cat used to watch her prepping a turkey with a quiet awe She would just stare at the thing, and I'm sure if it were to be left unattended, Lulu would've found her way to it!

One of our cats took a hot dog out of the hot pan.....down onto the floor.
