Have got a delivery of frozen finger foods coming, but was just wondering if anyone has any ideas for some nice canapes??

I don't know if this is the sort of thing you had in mind but my friends/family love these. Firstly my version of blinis - little yorkshire puds with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, caviar and a squeeze of lemon on the top. Another fave is goats cheese (the creamy type in a tub) on warm ciabatta toast spread with pesto and sliced cherry tomatoes. Finally, I bake mushrooms stuffed with a little mozzarella and boursin, wrapped with pancetta and skewered with a cocktail stick...
for a different type of dip - turn out a large tub of philadelphea on a plate, in the middle. surround this with a large bag of thai crackers and pour a jar of thai sauce over the phili cheese....then just use the crackers to scoop up some sauce and chesee. very delicious
