Catching A Cab At WDW

Can someone who has actually done this please tell me approximately how much ($$$) it is to take a cab from:

ASMo to Wilderness Lodge
ASMo to YC
ASMo to DAK/Boma's

I have early breakfast plans at all of these places and I'm quite sure I'll need to take a cab.

We took a cab from All Star Sports to Fort Wilderness. It cost $10 + tip.
