Cat in the Hat?

Anyone going to the character breakfast and screening of the Cat in the Hat on Nov 22. It's for 2-park preferred annual passholders, and I'm thinking about it.

My mother and I are considering going...but aren't sure. If we meet up with some people, we're more apt to go. I think this could be a fun time to organize another DISMeet.

We called today to get tickets and they are sold out. The girl said they sold out in 2 hours, yesterday morning. We didn't even get the invite until our mail came yesterday afternoon.

No way! You have got to be kidding. I did not even get the invite. I only knew because of these boards. I am hoping I start receiving the aph newsletter on a regular basis!!!!!

Anyway, Spidey - if it IS sold out, maybe we just need to plan our own Cat in the Hat movie trip maybe on the Sunday after. Maybe see an early showing of the Cat in the Hat and eat at the character breakfast at Confisco's. Less people at Confisco's, so maybe your son could get even MORE interaction with the characters that way too.

Or, if that doesn't work out, we'll have to meet up some other time!

I just received my tickets via UPS. However, I received a phone call yesterday morning telling me to expect the wrong time on my tickets I was told to throw them away And new tickets were sent out yesterday with the correct time. So technically I have 8 tickets instead of the four. I don't think they were very organized about this. And I hadn't received my nesletter either, but I have been calling every day. I really wanted to do this. Maybe they will add more shows.
