Cat. 11 Sideway cabins???

I have heard that these offer more room than the other cat. 11 cabins. Is this true? I know that there is only a reg. bathroom. There will be only 3 of us. We have always had at least an ocean view. This is our first time in an inside cabin and on Disney.

Yes, I saw them myself last month on a ship tour of the Wonder and they DO seem bigger than the other Cat. 11s, because of the way they are configured.

In January 2003 I stayed in one of the rooms that you are speaking of. room 6011 on the Magic. I have stayed in other Cat 11 rooms and they seemed to me to be the same size, but I could be wrong. Either way there was plenty of room to move around and you should be fine with 3 people. Have fun sailing!

I did check with DCL this am and the May 22nd sailing did have plenty of these cabins available. To upgrade to a cat. 10 would be $640.00 more so I had rather save that money for spending money.

What about the staterooms that seem tucked away in an inner hallway? Have any of you ever stayed in them? It seems that you have to go down the main hall, turn left and then go through another hall. We are in 6323 this December and would love to know what others experiences have been in these staterooms.
