Castmember compliment question

(Hope this is the right board for this!)

I wanted to send WDW a quick note about a castmember at Starbucks who made my day with a free drink for my birthday. Would I be getting her in trouble if I mention the comped drink, or should I just keep the note pleasantly vague?

Maybe just give a good review on Tripadvisor or Yelp and leave out the person's name to be sure no problems.

Disney wants their cast members to make your day. Contact them, mention the free drink and the cast member's name. She won't get in trouble.

Don't be afraid to mention it! She's hardly the first CM who's given out a free treat or drink, as it was pretty routine for many of us - particularly when it came to birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, or simply celebrations.

I would send an email to guest relations and tell them how the CM impacted your day. She will not get into trouble. The compliment will go into her file.
