Does anyone play? I saw it on Good Morning America, and I have to say I think its one of the better games put out by zynga!

I just started yesterday and like it so far. It's very heavy on the quests and some are hard to finish but the graphics and sounds are terrific.

i agree! And its hard to finish the quests without a big friend group, so if you need a friend, just let me know and I'll give you my facebook info.

I started playing because you can get instant grows for Farmville by playing. I have no idea what I am doing but I seem to be progressing on the game and am at level 9 after only a few minutes of play on two days. I'm not sure I will continue playing after I get to level 10 and have received all of my instant grows for FV. I do like the way the animated characters are breathing. If any of your friends play farmville, they may be playing castleville also so you can add them to your neighbors. If you go to the castleville forums, there is a thread of people asking for neighbors.

I haven't checked it out yet but I heard it was quest heavy, ie; another begging game. I loved Cityville until they changed everything. Is this one energy dependent too?

7this one isn't nearly as begging crazy as farmville or cityville so far.. I'm only at level 7 now so it might change... lots of the stuff on the quests you need you have to craft yourself with things you find yourself...

ETA also it is energy dependent.. but at least you keep the energy you had left when you level up it just adds it on.

Does anyone know how to sell things out of your inventory? Specifically...logs and stones. I have the maximum of 99 each...the game tells me to either use or sell them but it's not giving me an option to sell.

Anyone have an idea?

You can't sell the logs and stones but if you don't have one already, get a workshop or two and start making stone blocks, gold bricks and some wood planks and a few wood clubs. These recipes will use up your stores of stones and logs and you will need these items for buildings you have to make in the future.

It's a fun game, I can see it holding my interest for a good while.

If you haven't picked up the free items that were offered for the launch of the game, click on the link above and go through the list while they are still active. There are 3 fountains, a queen statue, a cannon, an archery target, a flagpole and a few other things.

I'm playing right now. I am enjoying it more then the other similar Zynga games. The only game I haven't quit is Farmville. If anyone needs/wants neighbors you can PM me. The quests can take some time but are not as bad as the other games where you need a tom of people to help you out.

Oh no folks! It looks like Zynga made some bad changes today during an update. I'm reading the message boards and lots of people are very upset with the new building requirements and other changes.

I sincerely hope the designers don't screw up this game like they did with CityVille or I'll have to leave this one...and I really like it so far.

BTW...the game is down right now.
