Castle views from the CR?

We are eating at Chef Mickey's our arrival day and I know the kids will want to see the castle. Is there a place at the CR where we can see the castle even though we aren't staying at the CR?

There is an outside deck at the north end of the Grand Concourse level (the same level as Chef Mickey's). You can see the castle from there.
