Castle "Toy"

Okay - so I'm a total moron in that I've been a "lurker" for years and this is (I think) my second post ever... In any case, while in WDW a couple of weeks ago, I HAD to buy the new "50th" castle. It's lights are so cool! And I bought it because the one in the jewelry shop on Main Street rotated through the colors continously. So I thought - "great - just what a 33 year old needs in her bedroom", as any true Disney fan would. WELL - just arrived from WDW today (had it shipped home), and, okay - well - I didn't study the package THAT well before shelling out the 70 bucks. So anyway, you have to push the step on the left for the light cycle to start, which the box informed me will "automatically turn off" (or something like that) after one cyle. Like that's helpful in some way! I want it to cycle ALWAYS. I tried jamming a princess (Love the castle, the princess can be a helpful tool if needed) on the step and it still cycles through only once - buttton needs to be depressed and the pressed again to start. Any brilliant ideas??? I'm a computer dork by profession and can't think of anything. It IS a Friday...

Sorry, cannot help you with keeping it on, but OMG!!!! I am 38, collect all those "toys" and this is the first I have heard of the castle like this!!! I am going end of October, and I cannot wait!!! I already have the regular castle, but this will be a must have! Thank goodness my parents are taking their van and my DB and SIL are taking their land barge (very large vehicle.) I drive a sunfire, and there is no way I would be able to get all the souvies in my car. I am so pumped!!!! Thanks again and I hope you can get if figured out and share with us, so I can do it myself!
