Castle moat being refilled?

This is second hand information, so take what you will from it.

My TA called to let me know my Mickey mail was in. When I picked it up, she said the moat was being refilled tonight.

Now, she spent a year working at the World a couple years ago, and one of her best friends manages BOG (I'm sure that's what she told me, I could have it wrong)

Anyway, she was on the phone with her friend today and asked about it, and was told they were refilling it tonight.

From reading things here, I thought the whole hub project was to take way longer.

Anybody else hear anything about this?

It was definitely filled on Wed of last week. Not sure if that was "partial" or not, who knows?

According to friends who are there now, it looks to be filled.

I was there today and didn't notice anything odd so there must be water in it!

The moat is filled except a portion by tomorrow land over toward say the plaza. They are still working in that area. This was as of 4/21
