Castaway gift on Dream

Does anyone know the current Castaway gifts on the Dream is? Is it the beach bag still?

it's pretty nice and durable complete with a few zippers and cup holder for your resort refillable mug. Nice and compact & perfect for the parks.

Donna- I'm not sure how long Disney goes before they change up the gift but I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get one in Dec. My cruise is coming up in Sept and I hope to get one but I guess if all else fails, there's always Ebay.

Keep in mind that only gold and platinum members get the luggage tags. I got the sling bag November 2017 and February 2018.

Cool! We have 2 of the beach bags, so a backpack is fun for a change. Plus DH can carry this one. Wish I was getting those luggage tags!

We received the sling bag earlier this month on our fourth cruise, it WAS nice to have. After we got home I found out dh had taken it out of his suitcase when he was packing to go home and forgot to put it back in. Good thing we already have another cruise booked, so we'll get another one. Otherwise I might have used that as an excuse just to book another cruise, lol!!

Wanted to add if anyone is going on a cruise and planning on visiting any beaches, you'll want to bring along another bag to use, especially if you have more than 2 people. The sling bag is a lot smaller than the beach bag, you'll be able to get about 2 towels in it. We used our beach bag to put towels, change of clothes in and used the slingback for sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottles, etc. Works good for a lot of small items.

Thanks for pic - LOVE this! So glad for anything but those darn, scratchy burlap type bags that snag on fabrics! Much more useful for other purposes too. Woot woot!

We last sailed 2.5 years ago and got the beach bag. I'm looking forward to the sling bag. I hope they don't change it before Oct. After that...fine.

We have lucked out where our cruises were spaced out enough we didn't get a repeat on any CC gift. I LOVE the CC towels we got years ago for our first gift and my husband loves this black sport/duffel bag we got. He still uses it all the time when he travels and it still looks new. We got a another type of sling style bag a few years ago that was red and black with a drawstring top and a zipper cooler type compartment on the bottom. I didn't love that bag because of the sling and the draw string didn't stay closed so I was really hoping the gift was going to change by our cruise too.
