Castaway Club Question

Hi everyone!

I have been reading through all the threads for the last couple of days and have found so much valuable information. This is a fantastic site!!

We leave for the western cruise on the magic 2/28/04 and have sailed once before on the magic for the eastern cruise. From what I understand, this makes us castaway club members.

My question is, do we need to have a member card or anything to enjoy the benefits?

I would call either your travel agent who could get the info for you or call the Castaway Club directly and ask. Their number is 800 449-3380. Hope this helps! Happy cruising!!

No, you do not need a membership card. However, it needs to be noted on your reservation that you are a return cruiser. The benefits are that there is a separate check in line (you can use the regular lines if they are shorter), and you will be invited to a reception with munchies and free drinks.

If you used a TA contact them and have them check with DCL to make sure they KNOW you sailed DCL before. If you made your arrangements directly with DCL be sure to contact them before you leave and have it noted on your reservation. DCL has a record of all prior cruisers, so they will be able to look it up (you should know the general time you previously sailed).
