Castaway Club on board credit???

Who can tell me about this? I heard there was a $200 on board credit?? maybe I am wrong. Anyone? Thanks

I don't know if there's a Castaway Club on-board credit. There is the AmEx White Glove one available (actually several).

Availability depends on how you booked your cruise (TA,DCL, AMEX) and how you paid for your cruise.

We are one of the last fortunate ones to be still getting our $200 credit under the old plan terms. When we booked in april it was less than the 120 days from our december cruise so they gave us the credit. However since then they have changed the policy that the credit will only be given if you re-book while still on board the ship So unless you booked while you were on the ship I would say you are out of luck. (personally I think this new policy stinks as I don't know what my vacation plans for the next year are while I am still on my present vacation)
