I understand you can check-in in a different line if you are a castaway club member. (In case I got that wrong, I am talking about the thing you become a member of after your first DCL cruise). What proof do you need? Is this on your tickets or is there a card?

Yes, we've never had ID -- we just got in the line. They already have you listed as a CC member as long as you told them that when you made your reservations originally! The line is so much shorter than the regular lines -- it's great.

Well, I guess more and more people are becoming repeat cruisers! The last time we went in November 2002, we just walked up to the CC line and there was no one in it.

where on your tickets is it listed?

Out of 10 DCL cruises we have only used the CC line once or twice as it was always longer than the regular lines....but, now DCL does do the line queue differently for the regular check in by using one lone line that they pull from instead of many individual lines.....so, maybe the CC line will be shorter from now on.

The regular line moved much quicker than the CC line when we checked in. There were probably 8 or 10 CMs checking in the people on the regular line and 1 CM checking in the CC people.
