Castaway Club benefits on a chartered cruise?

If you sail on a chartered cruise such as TMC cruise on the Magic or the Focus on the Family cruise on the Dream, does it count towards your club level and do you receive the 10% discount in the shops on board, and would you receive the CC stateroom gift? It wouldn't sway my decision to book the cruise but was just curious, especially about the credit toward my next club level.

It does count. I haven't done it myself, but I have asked on this board and another and had several people tell me it counted towards club level and they did receive the castaway gifts that they would get on a regular cruise.
