Does anyone have any underwater pictures? I haven't seen any anywhere and was wondering what things looked like under the water and if the pictures turn out very well.
We used a waterproof camera from Vivitar that you use regular 35 mm film in. The camera is enclosed in a protective case. AS long as you change film with dry hands in a dry place (used my wet hands to change film while standing in the water at Stingray city oops those pictures were not the best very foggy) the pictures are fine. We also used the disposable waterproof cameras from Fuji and Kodak. We were happy with our pictures of (Mickey) our snorkeling expedition around Castaway Cay.
On our second cruise when we got to Cast Away Cay, I snorkeled for the first time. I took a cheap disposable underwater camera with me and it managed to do a pretty decent job. I got some nice pictures of the fish and underwater artifacts. So I would recommend if you don't have an underwater camera I wouldn't spend a lot of money no a new camera.
