Hello! We are sailing concierge for the first time and will put our name in for a cabana. I am not totally familiar with CC so I have some questions on location. We would be trying for a family cabana, not one in the adults only section. Looking at a map, it appears that the family ones are fairly close to food and drink area. Paper map distances can be deceiving 😀. Realistically, how far is the furthest family cabana to the bar/bathroom/food area? Like so many minutes walk? i am trying to figure out if I should try to get one or not. Thank you!

I'd put the furthest family cabana at about a 10 minute walk to food. However, you really don't need to do that walk. They will deliver to your cabana!

There is a bath room down near cabana 18 so the walk to the restroom will be short. I would say the walk is quick to the food. I don’t remember ever thinking it was very far away.

The walk from Cookies Two to the farthest family cabanas is 5 minutes. We do two or three trips from our cabana during lunch time and never find the walk to be too long.

It's about a 700' walk from the Grand Cabana (#21) to Cookie's Too. There's also a bathroom near Cookie's Too and across from cabanas 15 & 16.

we have had numerous cabanas up and down that beach and have never thought twice about the walk to Cookies Too. Get one and enjoy!

If you can get one, take it and enjoy. We've never had the option as they go to Concierge and maybe the lucky few platinum.

Thank you everyone! Hard to picture distances on the online map so this is so helpful. Hopefully our request will come through.

If there are more concierge cabana requests than cabanas available, how do they prioritize who receives one?

it has always been based on how early you request one starting at midnight at the 125 day mark. If you request one 1 minute before, I have heard they add you to the end of the line.

It's first come first serve based on the time of your email sent to the Concierge staff 125 days prior to sailing.

We once got a cabana as a Gold CC member when our booking window opened. It was even on the Dream class. Lucky, for sure!

We have an upcoming cruise where the 125 day mark will be, get this, New Year's Eve. I suspect some folks may have trouble with that one. 🤣
