Castaway Cay Bikes

Do any of the bikes have training wheels? My DD can't ride without them, yet. What do you do with your belongings while you're biking?

How much is the bike rentals, and how long do you get to use them? Thanks!

They were $6 per bike and there was not a time limit, they told us to ride the bike trail and then come back. We did that but also stopped at Serenity Beach(Adults only) and had a drink and lunch. We also stopped several times for pictures. In all we probably had the bikes 1 1/2 hours.

When we went on 1/4/03 we were also charged $6/bike but they told us to have the bikes back in one hour, however, we were a few minutes late and they did not check us back in or ask our names or anything, so they may not really keep track. Perhaps the time limit depends on how busy they are?
Overall, it was a very nice experience, though it had been probably ten years since I'd ridden a bike so it was a little interesting at first .

We took the snorkeling, bike and floatation package from the Dec 1 2002 Wonder cruise. I believe it was 32.00. We were told the bike rentals were good for an hour. We were a bit longer and they didn't mind. We just parked the bikes and went back to our place on the beach.
We all left all of our belongings by our beach chairs. Nobody ever bothered any of our stuff. Cameras and wallets came with us. Check the chain for tightness on the little ones bikes. They are coaster brakes and the chains seemed to be streatched out and fell off 4 times on my 10 years olds bike.

Do they have bikes with child seats? If so, do you know the max weight allowed?

They do have bikes with child seats, but I am not sure of the weight limit. Sorry!

they have all types, some with coaster brakes, some with hand brakes, child seats and training wheels.

They don't seem to track the time, since you can do two complete ciruits of the paths in an hour.
