Cast members discounts

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if it's normal for people working at Disney Stores to not know how to shop online and get our cast member discounts.

I'm always telling my managers that I want to shop at disneystore.com and use my cast member discount and they say that they're gonna check that for me, because they don't know how to do it either. In the end, I get no answer.

Does anybody know if there's a phone where I can call to get some help? I wanna spend money on Disney, but nobody is helping me. hehehe

You need to go online to disneystore.com and then enter in that you are a CM and enter in your HUB credentials.

The only code I have is the one I use to clock in/out. And it only has 6 digits. =/ Am I going to get these HUB credentials with time? It's been two weeks that I'm working there.

Ask your superior for your HUB credentials.

Once you have those, you can do it all yourself.
