Cast member fired over unlawful imprisonment?????

Hi!! I heard from a friend of mine that a castmember kept a child away from his parents at Epcot's test track. He was subsequently fired and the parents are suing for unlawful imprisonment. I tried to find info from this board-- but it has grown sooo much since I last visited, I couldn't find it. Does anyone have any further info?? Thank u Much!!
