Cast member discount for BLT?

Are they still offering this discount (brother is CM)? How much would BLT cost?

another CM says that DVC is not offering the cast member discount on BLT at all.

but think they are on AKV. Not sure what the current is - it was 25%discount - but that was years ago.

When I was there over Thanksgiving, my guide said the discount was 25% for Disney CMs to buy DVC. And this INCLUDED BLT.
