Cast Member Coat...

So being the ever awesome CP that I am today i went to the CC and i found a coat for $15. it is a Knee length Grey coat that looks like its wool with 5 big brown buttons,the cuffs, collar, and the tops of the pockets are maroon with a black stripe and it has a flap/cape on back that is the same grey wool like look with a maroon underside, and the inside is a black polyester. Now as i am sitting here at my patterson court apartment after an awesome taco night (a well spent $25 with a lot of leftovers ) I cannot figure out where these coats came from.... i was thinking somewhere like the tower of terror (the maroon matches their uniforms) or maybe somewhere around thunder mtn but i cant seem to find any matching coats in pictures online. Do any of you crazy Disboarders have an idea where this awesome hunk of a coat came from?

I bought the same one when I was there a few weeks ago. I am pretty sure it's the coat that the ladies wear in Liberty Square when it gets cold.

I think that's what we used to wear at EPCOT in World Showcase - if not that, we wore something similar (sorry, it's been a year or two since I worked that park.) I LOVED it, it was so warm but as a server, we used to have to take them off to work since they got in the way. I always thought it looked like I was off to Narnia!

its a really comfortable jacket, i just walked around Patterson with it on with the collar popped and got some looks....i guess it didnt help i was trying to act like a creeper. I still have yet to find any evidence pics, videos, etc of these coats in use

I saw those there a couple of weeks back as well. They looked very Liberty Square-ish to me. They do have TofT coloring, but I do not think TofT costumes would have those shoulder flaps.

Either Liberty Square or American pavilion in Epcot.

Frontierland, including merchandise and attractions where a thick suede leather looking coat with a wool like collar and cuffs. I loved that jacket, so nice and warm.

When I was there, they had those jackets too, but only in 3x and 5x size.

It's the old Liberty Square coat, also used at World Showcase in Epcot. (This was confirmed by a friend in WDW Costuming.)

i just went to the costuming at EPCOT the other day and saw the hundreds of em in the back but almost none of em are in as good of shape as mine
