cast member benefits?

Does anyone know the beneifits the Cast Members get as far as resort discounts and or park pass discounts? I heard they get 25-50% off rooms and so many park passes per year? We have a family member who works in the parks and wanted us to contact him if we were planning to come down, but before I did just wondering if anyone knew any details. Trying to get 20 family
memebers down for a magical gathering it's tricky and costly so whatever help I could would be excellent, but we will muster thru
regardless!

I am not sure about room rates, but I do know that I have heard stories of CMs getting reprimanded for using their Merchandise Discount with family members other than immediate family.

My source should know what they were talking about. I will not elaborate more.

The only one who can tell you what s/he can do for you as far as CM assistance with tickets or discounts is the CM themself. Different types of CMs have different levels of benefits, and what one CM gets may not be the same thing another CM gets. Generally, there are hotel discounts, ticket discounts and recreation discounts available to CMs and their family and friends. Complimentary park passes and other discounts depend on your relation to the CM in question, how often they've used their benefits already during the calendar year, and a number of other factors.
